Our target investment range is from $800,000 to $5 million. We are open to newer properties as well as those needing renovations.

While I hold a South Carolina Real Estate Broker's License, we are eager to collaborate with dedicated Real Estate Agents who can assist us in locating properties that fit our strategic criteria. We greatly value the expertise and services provided by Real Estate Agents and would prefer you to represent us in these transactions. Although we may negotiate a referral fee based on the specifics of the deal, rest assured that your hard work and dedication will be duly compensated through commission.

    Properties in the price range of $1.5 million to $6 million.

    Potential annual rents of 10% or more of the purchase price, or aligned with a 5% CAP rate or higher.

  • Location

    Targeting urban areas with populations over 200,000 that have shown recent population growth for commercial properties.

    Focused on Beaufort and Jasper County, SC for multifamily properties.

  • Condition

    Prefer newer or recently updated properties.

    Open to properties requiring renovations, especially if located within 60 miles of Beaufort County, SC.
